If we award a grant, we will contact you by
email with the news.
We will enclose a Grant Release Request Form
to send to us when the time is right. We will need you to confirm in
that letter that all required permissions have been received, that full
funding for the project has been confirmed, that work has started, and
that our grant will be spent on the project for which it is given.
The grant award will be valid for a period of
three years from the date on the award letter. If it transpires that you
become unable to proceed with the project within the three years, you
may approach us to update and renew your application.
You may apply to us as soon as work has begun
for release of the grant, so that the money is in the PCC Bank account
before you receive the first invoice from the Contractor.
We
do not require any public acknowledgement that a grant has been awarded,
but grant recipients may do so on any publicity, temporary or otherwise
and with or without our logo, without seeking our permission. |
