Cost and Funding Plan (Excel document)

You may use our template or your own.

Our template will encourage you to consider such matters as contingency for inflation and unforeseen costs; the various professionals' fees; non-Capital costs associated with the project; and VAT. It will also show the various sources of funds required for your project, and whether those have yet been secured.
